Demands of All Odisha Parivahan Chalak Sangha for welfare of all Drivers in Odisha
- Constitution of separate commission for drivers
- Creation of Driver's welfare fund and should be accessible from block level.
- Implementation of Social security scheme for drivers to safeguard their future.
- Applicability of National Holiday for Drivers.
- Drivers should be considered as Front Line Worker(COVID Warriors) and should be treated as skilled workers and applicable Labour law should be followed.
- Creation of Driver's Pension Scheme for drivers.
- Provision of Health Card to Drivers and their families and inclusion in E. S. I scheme.
- Free higher education facility for children's of Driver's.
- Facility of Restshed at every 100km interval in National and State Highways.
- Voting facility for drivers engaged in election duty as per Government employees and should be equally treated as election officials.
- Creation of social welfare department for drivers with budgetary provision in state budget.
- Special dignity and appropriate compensation should be provided to Drivers dies during conducting any Government duty.

MEMBERSHIP
The membership shall consists of:
(i) Person should be above 18 years of age.
(ii) Person shall be admitted in accordance with these rules and regulations.
(iii) Every member on admission shall pay Rs.200 as admission fee which shall not be refunded in any case and Rs.60/- monthly fee.

MEMBERSHIP REGISTER
The society shall maintain at its registered office a register of its members and shall enter there in within 15 days after admission of the members or the cessation of membership as the may be with the following particulars.

CASSATION OF MEMBERSHIP
A person cease to the member:
